Almonds can be used to make almond flour which is a gluten free flour replacement by blanching and then placing in a food processor until the necessary consistency is reached. 1 cup of blanched almonds will make 1 cup of almond flour.
How to take or use almonds
Eat from the packet or add to recipes as required. Almonds can be soaked for approximately eight hours prior to use to increase their nutritional bioavailability.
