Unevenly sized chunks of yellow-cream coloured raw, cacao butter (Theobroma Cacao) supplied in a grip-seal polythene bag and certified organic by the Soil Association. This cacao butter is cold pressed and has not been subjected to heat during processing. Ideal for raw chocolate and other culinary uses. Also an excellent cosmetic ingredient in e.g. lip balms and skin creams – it has a delicious chocolate scent.

How to Use Cacao Butter
Cacao butter is easily melted using a low temperature, in fact it will melt with skin contact in a similar way to processed chocolate. Use on its own or it blends well with many other ingredients. Raw chocolate recipes usually include raw cacao powder and a natural sweetener.
